• Four-week visiting elective for final year medical student

Full-time senior medical students in good standing at their home institution.

After departmental review, applicants will be notified whether they are accepted in the scholarship and will be directed on the process to apply for a specific rotation through the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine.  

Applications accepted on a rolling basis beginning April 1, 2025, and requires at least 6 weeks before the desired date of the elective. The application  is now closed for the 2025 season.  2026 opening TBA.
