The Program Coordinator Collaborative at UI Health Care is a dedicated space for Graduate Medical Education (GME) program coordinators to connect, collaborate, and grow together. 

This initiative fosters a safe and inclusive environment where coordinators can ask questions, share milestones and accomplishments, exchange ideas, and support one another in their vital roles. With a mission to promote GME program compliance and develop standards that ensure a high-quality educational environment, the Collaborative emphasizes professionalism and constructive dialogue. Participants are encouraged to bring accomplishments, questions, advice, and innovative ideas to the conversation—while leaving out politics, promotions, hate speech, bullying, and commentary about specific individuals. Through shared learning and mutual support, the Collaborative aims to raise awareness of the essential role program coordinators play, provide training and development opportunities, and define and disseminate best practices across the UI Health Care system.
